1. General Provisions and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the user ("User") of the jk 1971 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and the entity operating the service. 2.3 Accuracy of Information

2.4 Account Security

3. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

4.2 Withdrawals

Account verification must be completed before withdrawing. It is generally recommended to withdraw using the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears suspicious, jk 1971 may place it on hold and request additional verification. The platform reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account in the case of unusual or irregular transactions.

5. Bonus and Promotion Rules

jk 1971 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These offers are subject to specific conditions, and each offer has its own wagering requirement.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; before withdrawing winnings from that bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Only eligible users may claim bonuses, and each bonus must be used within its specified time limit.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Using multiple accounts or false information to take advantage of promotions will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be closed.
• jk 1971 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Policy

jk 1971 reserves the right to cancel any bet due to technical errors, obvious mistakes in odds setting, or other unavoidable reasons. The stake of a cancelled bet will be returned to the relevant user's account.

6.2 Result Determination

The result of any match, event, or game will be determined in accordance with jk 1971's own rules. If there is a delay in settling results due to technical or administrative reasons, settlement will be carried out after the final result is published.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

The RTP (Return to Player) for slots and live casino games is set according to the game provider's configuration. RTP is calculated on the basis of long-term statistics, so short-term results may differ from the published RTP. Additional terms may apply to jackpot games in relation to the jackpot pool.

6.4 Disputed Results

If a user has a dispute regarding any result, they may submit a written complaint to the jk 1971 support team within 48 hours of the result being published. Complaints submitted after this period will not be considered.

7. Account Suspension and Closure Policy

When an account is closed, the valid balance (where no irregularities exist) is generally returned subject to verification. However, jk 1971 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in the event of a breach of any terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

jk 1971 makes every effort to operate the platform as continuously, securely, and reliably as possible. However, the platform's liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• If a transaction is affected by a delay or failure on the part of a third-party payment service.
• If service is temporarily disrupted due to an unexpected technical error.
• If the user suffers loss as a result of their account details falling into someone else's hands, where the user themselves shared those details.

jk 1971 will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. The platform's maximum liability in any case will not exceed the balance present in the user's account at that time.

9. Intellectual Property and Content Use
